Future Manager Academy is a program dedicated to young graduates (or currently graduating) that wish to develop their professional skills in the HR world. The formation plan at the heart of our Academy allows participants to have a 360° vision of our expertise in the human resources sector, and to be prepared at best for the role they will assume at the end of the Academy.
Job rotation and a constant mentoring from a dedicated “buddy” for each participant make the strength of our training program in Future Manager.

6 months together (internship contract with the aim to be hired) with at least 2 job rotations and to choose between 4 growth paths based on aptitudes, skills and interests:
The participant will have the possibility to learn about the production department of the company, and will be in charge of one or two recruitment projects for our clients. Activities will include the involvement of the participant in writing and posting the profile description, in screening the CVs, in the interviews, until the end of the process with the hiring of the chosen candidate by the client.
DIGITAL MARKETING PATH
The participants will have the possibility to develop their skills in the Marketing area, following and participating in our communication projects.
PATH IN RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT/TALENT ACQUISITION & EMPLOYER BRANDING
The participant will be able to follow market and social researches and surveys about:
- labour market,
- employer branding,
- sector analysis,
- talent acquisition strategy
PATH IN GLOBAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Our global vision will allow the participant to follow projects also outside of Italy. They will have the possibility to follow projects abroad, either by participating in a foreign project with our client or by communicating with our colleagues abroad.
- Graduating, or newly graduated in Economics, Management, Languages, Law, Political Sciences or similar;
- Fluent in English (mandatory);
- Knowledge to a B2/C1 level of a second/third foreign language (optional);
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and proactivity;
- Team spirit, flexibility and problem solving;
- Entrepreneurship, bravery, open mindness for change
